1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

̵          Unused and Unopened: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging with no signs of use or tampering.

̵          Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon receipt, it qualifies for a return or exchange, even if opened.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

̵          Opened or used items, unless they are defective.

̵          Items where hygiene seals have been broken.

̵          Health and personal care products for safety and hygiene reasons.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1.   Contact us at morandisens@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.   Provide your order number, details of the item(s) for return, and the reason for the return.

3.   Wait for instructions from our team, including the return shipping address and additional requirements.

4.   Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

 

4. Refund Process

̵          Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

̵          Refunds for non-qualifying items will not be issued unless exceptional circumstances apply, such as significant product specification changes post-purchase.

 

 

5. Exchanges

For defective or damaged products:

1.   Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at morandisens@gmail.com.

2.   Follow our team’s instructions to return the product and receive a replacement.

 

6. Return Shipping & Costs

̵          Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

̵          For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit.

 

7. Gifts

If the returned gift does not meet the return eligibility requirements, including being unopened and unused, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. The gift must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally sent out.
